Hotel Policy - Debit/Credit Card Only
Dear Hotel Guests,
Effective April 1, 2016, Jack London Inn, has changed the Cash Policy. Guests can still pay cash at Check Out and card will be credit card.
Please be advised: the debit/credit card used to secure your room will be authorized by the hotel at check in for the full amount of your stay, plus an additional amount per day to cover incidentals (varies by hotel but can be up to $150/day). The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
Authorized amounts may take up to 7 business days or longer after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel or Jack London Inn will not be responsible for any resulting over draft fees or charges.

Check in: Available from 3 PM to 11 PM, Guest will need to call or email us at 48 hours before check in for special late check in instructions (outside of these times).

Debit cards will be treated as cash on check in. Guests that check in w/debit cards will require at least $150.00 on their card.
All Credit cards will be charged at the time of check in.
Number of Guests:
$10 extra per person charge on all rooms with double beds over 4 guests.
We are require 24 hour cancellation notice or a one night charge will apply.
We are 100% non-smoking hotel. A $150.00 cleaning fee will apply to guests who smoke in our guest rooms.
